Walking Together

Mental health support fostering community in the Bega Valley
Who we are
Walking Together is a peer support group in the Bega Valley on the far south coast of NSW.
We offer a safe space for people to share their stories and be heard.
Services
Men's Circle

We provide peer support through hosting a Men's Circle in Bega every Wednesday from 6 pm .
Following the principles of "reciprocity found in the gift economy", as outlined in Robin Wall Kimmerer's book: "The Serviceberry", the Men's Circle is run at cost and is a donation of time and support for men in the Bega Valley community.

Individual Support
We also offer individual peer support counselling for those less comfortable in a group setting.
Whether someone is seeking to navigate personal challenges or simply needs someone to listen, individual peer support prioritises your personal needs and comfort.
Individual sessions are available on Fridays 6 pm onwards.
